The plan educates and trains RightChain™ super users and adopters in RightChain™ supply chain principles and in the use of the RightChain.ai platform. SYSTEMIZATION and AUTOMATION. The plan develops the requirements, RFP, business case, solution, and the preferred supplier engagement and solution implementation plan for automated material handling and a supply chain execution system. Based on similar RightChain™ implementations, and ABC’s current supply chain logistics performance, the annual benefits of the RightChain™ partnership will include 10% to 30% increases in warehouse productivity, and 15% to 35% increases in storage density. The partnership will yield enhanced professional and systems capability in addressing the on-coming supply chain complexity and competitive headwinds; as well as significant CAPEX avoidance.
