RightChain™ Models and Frameworks According to Webster, a model is “a simplified representation of a system”, and a framework is a synonym for a model meaning “a structure composed of parts fitted and joined together, a structure for supporting or enclosing something else, a set of assumptions, concepts, values and practices that constitutes a way of viewing reality.” Models and frameworks represent things.
