S&OP meetings are regularly scheduled and intentionally timed and integrated with the business calendar. There is active, non-threatened participation from all parties in our S&OP meetings. There is extensive preparation for our S&OP meetings including pre reads of plan scenarios and their implications. S&OP meetings focus on the key decisions that have to be made during the meeting. Without stifling rigidity, our S&OP meetings run on time and stick close to published agendas. Face to face and online meetings are well documented.
